Making It Legal:

The small business mentor's guide to entrepreneurship and law

By Nina Kaufman

Sisterhood (and Women’s Entrepreneurship) is Global

It’s not only in the U.S. that small businesses are recognized as a major contributor to the economy:  the European Union is getting on that bandwagon as well, with its efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

They are also taking steps to encourage entrepreneurship among women. What I found interesting was their list of national and international women’s organizations in their Women’s Entrepreneurship Portal.  The portal aims to provide links to the websites of organizations, networks, projects, and events related to women’s entrepreneurship.  Time for a global network?
